Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
